these were my congratulatory wosd from a fellow boardsie after the marathon,but i think they actually ring true and they have now become my new log header..so next year startin dec 1st ill be startin trainin a proper.at the moment im just takin a well earnd rest(i think) and am just going to xersize 3 times a week so two of dem done so far wit a 7.5 on sunday with woundedknee and lechile and a 3.5 mile today...im off to eat some more...

I had that many dimples in me from the hailstones, I looked like a golfball! Did you pick up any of those Graffenwalders? Excellent value.

Is that your race report for the 50M race, or can we expect the 'Director's Extended unseen footage with out-takes' version?

Savage running yesterday, particularly in those conditions. That was some spread of cakes in the school. Any chance of the recipe for the Fig Roll loaf?

Heaps of sugar.load of butter,vanilla,cinimimnground almonds....cream the crackers outta it....add in a load if eggs......add in flour....put half d mixture in a tray..throw in a load of fig rolls. Put d other half on top and bake till its not burnt.....will work with rehydrated figs aswell
