Just bought BF4 and the upgrade there.

Regarding the file size of the upgrade:

"it will download 6 gigs first so u can play the campaign only. the rest gets downloaded and installed separate. almost 2 hours for me and the campaign is ready but only 31% of the full game."

I already have it on PS3 but am getting it on the PS4 again, it's that good.

Definitely going the ps4 route then, time to abandon xbox! I was sitting on the fence unsure but this game has swung me, are ps4's widely available yet or is it still a game of argos stock roulette?

I'd like to see a bit more about the VR headset they are working on. They are after coming out and saying the reason the light bar is on the DS4 all the time and cannot be turned off is for future VR support being on as default for game developers.

I love video game conferences (well E3 and Gamescom because we actually get new announcements). I find it really fun to engage with other people like who had the best show between the Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo and Ubisoft/Activision/EA, the fails of course and I can't wait to find the new exclusives but probably I'm most hyped about Star Wars: Battlefront and Far Cry 4.

i played the last of us on ps3, after buying ps4,

can say it is one, if not the best game i have ever played. i was gripped from the off,
like playing a movie. it is epic and has had a lasting impression on me, as in what to expect from developers. it looks beautiful , and that was on the ps3!!!!

A few retailers had the 20th of June initially then had to change it. I've it paid for already, I'm that excited

I'll watch E3 but like last year there is no way I'm staying up just to watch Sony.. I'll get all the disappointment the next day as they are fighting a losing battle with that leak setting the bar!

You often wonder why these companies don't just hire some smooth talking pr guys. But then again, I reckon rolling out the nerds is a pr stunt in itself. I find watching video game conferences an actively painful experience, like getting direct marketed at by a bunch of awkward, zero charisma individuals for a good two hours straight. Actually no, that's exactly what it is.

Better just to catch up with the highlight videos and news which will be posted online within minutes if not seconds.

Got my time zones way off there alright. Is it a bit sad that I actually booked a few days off to watch all the conferences live and soak up all the E3 news as it happens? Other years I didn't have to with the way the times worked out but took the days off anyway.

Sony's E3 conference will on live June 9th at 12:00 or 13:00 GMT. It will be different this year with no Jack Tretton. Got to like him over the years.

Drive club is too arcadey to me and looks to be all about ghost racing with leaderboards and friends.

I will wait for Project Cars instead because it's a simulator and better looking!

Not to mention having various racing modes and official cars.

To me Driveclub looks to be a mix of PGR and Forza, my two favourite racing franchises so I have high hopes for this seeing as there will never be another PGR game. Went off the GT series after GT4.

The more I hear/see of Driveclub the more I like it. Although I thought he same of GT6 and then didn't bother getting it.

Me and racing games just don't go well usually.. except old Burnout.

It happened to me before. I had to essentially factory reset it and download all the updates again. It works fine now but make sure all your saves and stuff are saved to the cloud or they'll be deleted.

Was playing child of light on ps4 and I had ff xiv in the cd drive and the disc just randomly comes out, tried put it back in but it keeps coming back out, anyone experience this before? broken cd drive I'm guessing
