This thread is designed to hopefully relieve some of the "Football tips thread" of posts which are just "I'm on over 2.5 goals" or "here's my acca" for the weekend.

plenty of freedom here to question bets, pick holes in them, give out a few throw away comments, general banter etc.

Tomorrow could be a very interesting day for one Paddy McCourt .... Today being good friday is a notoriously hard day for any alcoholic to consume alcohol ... we may be looking at a very sober and hangover less paddy , and as you know a sober paddy can be a very very dangerous thing ....

it's a shame the new manager barely plays him.. looked class for them at the start of the season and regardless of him loving the booze he's still the best player barnsley have

Probably. Although I personally hate taking anything under Evens these days. I pretty much try to find good odds at least 6/4 before committing to a bet. Not confident in anything today that I can find near that.

awful against a team who have beaten chelsea and everton recently
palace double chance coming in best at 7/10, bit short
