these were my congratulatory wosd from a fellow boardsie after the marathon,but i think they actually ring true and they have now become my new log header..so next year startin dec 1st ill be startin trainin a proper.at the moment im just takin a well earnd rest(i think) and am just going to xersize 3 times a week so two of dem done so far wit a 7.5 on sunday with woundedknee and lechile and a 3.5 mile today...im off to eat some more...

Friday..decided on a day off after 16 days running...
Sat...felt worse off after rest day..was meet in up with eammofor a run and was dreadin it,first 3 or 4 were stiff after DAT was flyin and could of went on for more. 9 ....hr 131

Thank for that this morning. V enjoyable run. The staplestown 'luge' was interesting:eek:. Hot choc was great though and well worth the extra 3k to get it. Looking forward to the 50k.
