My god. Every time that Vauxhall Zafira ad comes on with those two stupid fat English kids pretending they're all grown up + talking shíte in general, I just have to scramble around looking for the remote to turn the tv off or hit mute or something. Every time. If I ever somehow meet these kids in real life I'm going to have to bash their faces in. It was bad enough when there was just one ad, but they've turned into a fúcking series.

Anyone else feel the same? Any other adverts that get on your tits?

The 9.99 train ad. There cannot be a train to Dublin (at any price) from platform 6. I'm pretty sure the only stations in Ireland with a platform 6 are Dublin Connolly and Dublin Heuston.

The guy talking over the advert thinks he is a comedian and it's really distracting while he is talking that he keeps interrupting what he is saying every time an animal photo bombs.

Oh John maguire, I bet he's angry when RTE did a show a year ago about people who moved back in with their parents. Probably wonders why didin't RTE revive I'm AN Adult, Get Me Out Of Here. He sounds dead cocky, when he says "you also get whatchamacallit cover, but you won't get that for 250". Yeh, because you want to steal our money....

Apparently someone who worked there pointed out that the ad looked a bit chea and shoddy, respectfully, after he showed it to his staff. That person didn't work there a lot longer.

But the €250 part isn't his fault - as much of a plonker as he comes over as, he doesn't set the prices. That'd be the underwriters, like AXA, Zurich, RSA, etc.

It's brilliant they way they've done that, to try and show how 'random' they are.
