I'd fly to NY and phone the CIA and tell them I just heard some guy on the flight, who looked like he was from the middle east, saying that: "tomorrow morning America would pay for the suffering they have caused us" and how he spoke about hijacking planes and flying them into the twin towers. I'd give them all the names them I can remember being involved and say I heard them being spoke of.

I would then stop by the Central Perk cafe and bang Rachel, and later go and see the Jackson 5 reunion concert that was held that night also.

Obviously if you have a time machine you would be going back prepared, ie with names of all involved that day, the flight details and numbers. So I would call my own boob treats on those flights ,and give the names of the terrorists
also, kill the source by giving names times and details of flights and having the guys picked up before they board

I would say nothing. Let 9/11 happen.

I would then spend the next decade becoming the richest man in the world by investing in stocks and start up companies that now are worth billions.

I would also collect the 25 Million by telling the Americans where Osama is hiding.

Edit : I would also do something good for the world, like preventing Justin Bieber happening . He is already alive but I could come up with something .

I would run into the towers with hot dog's strapped around my body screaming alah ack bah, with a button switch i made from playdoe and a bottle cap. There fore causing a high alert situation for terrorists and cause both towers to be evacuated thus creating a time dilatation where in two earths existed one where 9/11 never happened and one where the cia/fbi succeeded in a false flag attack giving the government free reign to invade other countries under the guize of preventing terrorism.

Obviously then at this point i split into two people, one being arrested and taken to a secret police prison where in i am tortured about my time traveling ways resulting in a country manipulating the time space continuum for their own ends. I then escape and start a rebellion against the united states of time and space, ironically becoming an actual terrorist.

Ow the irony.
