I fail to see the issue, filtering is normally safer for a biker than stopping in traffic.
The only real issue I see with the video is the rider cutting the curb on the Headford road.

Ah now I'm all for motorcycling and filtering but he was a bit of an idiot. He could have made the same trip (filtering included) an awful lot safer.

Biker of 5 years. There was so much wrong with that I don't know where to begin. But it doesn't really bother me, odds are the problem will sort itself out.
