Please note:
● Customers who pre-ordered this console up to and including August 6 have been given an option to get a PS4 for release day
● Customers who pre-ordered this console from August 7 up to and including November 13 will receive their consoles before Christmas
● Customers who pre-order this console from November 14 will receive their consoles after Christmas
● Customers who cancel existing pre-orders and place a new order will not get their console for release day

One thing though, the word FROM 2nd of December could also mean, and day thereafter, I still think you are safe though.

I did see that but they are not mentioned on the bundle. Its a pain I didn't see them a few days ago.

When will I get my console?
- Customers who ordered the standalone PS4 console up to and including August 6 have been given an option to get a console for release day
- Customers who ordered the standalone PS4 console from August 7 up to and including November 13 will receive their consoles before Christmas
- Customers who ordered the standalone PS4 console from November 14 will receive their consoles after Christmas
- Customers who cancel existing pre-orders and place a new order will not get their console for release day
- Customers who ordered a standalone PS4 console up to and including August 6 have also been given the option to switch their order to a bundle and will be eligible to receive their bundle for release day
- Customers who ordered a standalone PS4 console from August 7 and who switched their order to a bundle may get their bundle after release day
- Customers who place a new order on the currently available PS4 bundles will get their console after release day but before Christmas while stocks last

Looks like before Christmas for the bundles.

Yeah, if you look earlier in the thread I ordered the gamer's pack from Amazon last night.

I got the email despite me cancelling my solus pre-order weeks ago (when I was told by amazon I was too late to get it for Christmas).

The Solus pack doesn't really represent god value for most people (unless you don't want Killzone or Knack). The gamer's pack seems to be the best overall deal.

Me, I'm happy as I was confining myself to getting it in the new year. I just find all this pre-order ****e annoying so I couldn't be dealing with the like of Gamestop etc. at the moment.

Ahhh yeah I know I'll get it before Xmas , but he seemed quiet confident about the date which was the 2nd of December . I just didn't realise it would have been so soon.

I thought the second batch would be later than the second .

He also said GameStop will be doing their own bundles too which I hoping to get as I don't have a interest in any of the sony bundles.

My locay XV manager told me that he will do a midnight launch if other retailers are doing it (Smyths/GS waterford).

Anybody here can take the time to go back over your posts over the last few months here to see all the times you have stated that anybody who did not preorder before the cutoff (5 aug) would not get a console till after xmas. You stated earlier in this very thread that you will have to wait till march . You stated that Amazon would not be able to fullfill orders and some retailers will not even be able to fullfill there aug preorders . the market has plenty of consoles out there and the only people that are looking like they are not gonna get a console now are the ppl that will expect a pickup on day one .Any body who wants a console badly enough can get one before xmas as a bundle from Amazon.

I suppose you can use the defence that " but you cant get a solus "...big swing, most ppl are choosing the bundles as they are better value.

I too know a manager in GS and he told me last week that he was good for consoles as he got an extra allocation.

You fell for the hype buddy. You where brainwashed by the Sony/GS marketing machine :P.

But launch is not the critical time for the mass market ,pre xmas is :cool:
