just wondering how many mods/admin the site has?

is much work involved? do you have to spend hours after work doing your part time job?

who picks and who decides?

do you keep in contact with mods from other boards realms?

Im not looking to join the dark side, just want an idea of how big this organisation in and how much planning/ work goes into it

Finally, are you all power hungry??:)

by the tunic of saint john thats a lot! pay must be good, i'd say a mod meeing regularly has carreras and mustangs parked outside in the carpark.

As a mod in training I can tell you its very hard work no breaks during a 12 hour shift
Watching over the forum like a peeping tom spying on the ladies changing room

And yes I am power hungry I want as much banning power as I can get so I can ban whoever I want whenever I want with little or no reason given for the ban

If this was my forum, I'd ban all the Mods and let loose a posting free for all where you don't have to fear, for example, another poster in another thread described how he was banned for posting Fat Rabbitte. In my forum, not only would a comment like that be permitted but it'd be actively emblazoned in the forum charter.
