Ladies and gentlemen, after a brief refurbishment where a powerhose was taken to the gents, some of the ripped bar stools were repaired with tank tape and some "novelty" items were added to the johnny machine in the bogs, Yore Mas is open for business.

Feel free to unstick a stool from the floor, sit down and chose the management of your new bar.

MAKES ONE COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS
1½ oz. Bulleit bourbon
¾ oz. Vya sweet vermouth
2 dashes Regan's orange bitters
1 Amarena cherry, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine bourbon, vermouth, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with cherry.
