By all means have faith, you will get one eventually if you do not get it on launch, you will have it by the end of January or early February for sure.

Exactly! Everyone who pre orders is Guaranteed a console once their turn to get one comes around. Not necessarily guaranteed one for launch 29th Nov. If in doubt nail down retailers are you getting a Launch Day console!

+1. Got an immediate (personalised) response. Pre-ordered last week.

I put in an order fr d website last night to see would they promise del on 29th. Will let u know if I hear back.

Also checked my order w amazon again on cust serv live chat and they once again told me expected del 29th. Placed order on 11/10. Said to them I heard there is a shortage but was told they will let me know if there is an issue with delivery on 29th. I have a feeling I will hear back about that or what do you think?

Seems to be more of a curiosity until games start using it properly but there are some fun games on the kinect if they start to come across, but from what i have seen more kids things really. Still, probably worth it as part of the bundle.

It might be a bit less of a gimmick this time around, Sony are offering funding to indie studios to come up with games for it.

Like the others have said, it's a gimmick.

Have absolutely no use for it and will sell it as soon as I can.
The KZ mega bundle is ridiculously priced to say no to.

I am 34 now and will probably be playing the PS4 when I am 40 before a new console come out. Bouncing around in front of a camera is not cool for a 40 year old bloke who only likes playing RPGS and FPS games :rolleyes:

I've finally got mine paid off in full, happy days. Just have to scrape enough cash together now for battlefield 4, watchdogs and a 1tb hard drive.

I don't think you can pay in euro for pre-orders, the option is usually there for me but not for this. I assume it's to combat any change in exchange if the euro falls against the pound and they lose out.
