There are better examples with leather and less miles for similar money, afaik, but yes, I too always had a soft spot for a 607.
Great value to be had in the 2.2 petrol, and swimmers come highly spec'ed too. Nicer 5 spoke alloys, cream leather, although the tan variant is nice too.

I think the DPF problems came after alright.

A basic reg check tells me it has aircon. Couldn't go too far wrong so.

I have a petrol one like that with sunroof and aircon, they're very well equipped to be fair.

What would I need to watch out for on this car?

it has a completely different and much much better engine to a mazda 6. It's an old school mazda diesel that's in those 323s with top notch reliability to boot.
