Not sure how you can infringe on a trademark for a basic name that hasn't become a ..what do you call those names for things you instantly recognise because they are synonymous with a business or service...trademark.

Think there's been a few similar cases to this in the US before, iirc unless it is a very odd name it has been laughed out time and again. Hope 'The Real Damo' is made to pay the defenses legal bills for this because technically... aren't some of those bills our TV licence money?
