A teacher from the North married the Crown Prince of Lagos in Co Armagh earlier today.
27-year-old Kirsty Crooks, from Loughgall, became a royal after marrying Nigerian Prince Mustapha Oniru.
The small village welcomed royal guests, including the Prince’s parents, the King and Queen, as well as an en
tourage of officials.
Prince Mustapha wore a we
dding suit, while his parents wore traditional Nigerian dress - in what the bride’s mother described as a "very traditional Irish wedding".
The former Miss Crooks said: “I was provided with a new wardrobe to start my life as a princess, so it had definitely been very exciting.”
After the church service, the guests travelled to a lavish reception at Castle Leslie in Co Monaghan – the venue that hosted the wedding o
f Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills in 2002.
The bride met her prince through her job at the British International School in Lagos. The school is owned and run by the royal family and Prince Mustapha is the school administrator.
The couple are heading to St. Tropez and Monaco for their honeymoon
Now I may be cynical but
http://www.kingdomsofnigeria.com/kings.php doesn't list anyone of that name ( I assume his surname would be the same as his ma )
So scammed or love, over to you AH
