Well thats one thing, but when that girl started reading out a boylove fanfiction of the band members and they started showing fan made drawings of them in... er... certain positions I thought they were taking it a little too far. Channel 4 documentaries were always interesting but unusual. But this one was serious BS. This documentary is a new low for channel 4. They might as well have collected a few youtube videos instead of interviewing the people ( who seem to not be the brightest bunch to say the least). Like the people seem kinda exploited and werent really aware of what they were saying was going to be aired.

Seriously though, when I was a teenager, the Jonas Brothers were the heartthrobs for teenagers, they had (and actually still do now) the typical fangirl screaming and girls wanting to meet them, the odd death threat thrown at one of Joe's girlfriends, but I don't remember any of them being this obsessive!
I mean I still can't get over the fact that Bieber's fans actually cut themselves over something he did or whatever, and the 1D fans were apparently fainting at the 1D film premiere and they had ambulances standing by! :eek:

I fear for the little girls now for when they get older and there is a new teen sensation for them, I mean how will they react to their own idols, it seems to be getting worse every time there is someone new on the scene.

I feel so bad for them though, because once they grow up and (if they are mentally ill) getting better and mature as a person, they are gonna die with embaressment on how they acted and knowing that millions of people watched them on telly talking about it.
