I haven't messed with my RAM yet. I am at 1.32vcore. Are you messing with any more of the other settings? My friend has scored 10.44 on Cinebench!!! On air too, 4.7ghz and 2400mhz RAM.

4.6ghz is a decent clock for haswell and is slightly above average imo.
What Vcore are you at?

I have 4.7 just about nailed but needs 1.41v so i dropped back down to 4.6 which needs 1.36v.

On the plus side the IMC on mine must be good as i've had my 1866mhz ram running @ 2800mhz

I'm in process of testing 4.6Ghz/2600Mhz now for day to day use.

I was actually using a 3GS for a while (my brother upgraded, and I figured I've give iOS a go, as I wasn't likely to ever pay for one).

Long story short: Android all the way, for all of the obvious reasons. That said, I quite like the look and feel of the iPhone 4/5 (more-so 4), but I'd still take my Razr i over it any day.

Build quality wise:
Ipods/Iphones are no better or worse than any other companies
Laptops build wise fantastic but are terribly underpowered for the money they cost. Ive seen Lenovo Ultrabooks with the same specs as a MBP (non-retina) for half the money and lenovo's are built like tanks

Pretty good, actually. Nanoxia DS1. 140mm PWM side fan (which I'm looking to replace given Gigabyte's horrible PWM control - I haven't seen the fan go above 700 RPM at the most aggressive setting, it can go up to 1300), 2 800RPM 140mm top exhausts (both of which are on the fan controller) and the stock Nanoxia fan setup on the controller (2 120 front intakes and 1 140mm exhaust. And actually my case is open at the moment anyways. So pretty optimal airflow.

I am thinking of getting 1100/1300 Scythes (140mm), with the fan controller I'll have no problem with them sound-wise. I'm not sure what to do wait the PWM. I may replace it and add the new one to the fan controller (one last free slot). I may add a fan (the PWM one maybe?) to the bottom intake, which is currenty unused, but I'd have to tidy up my PAU cabling A LOT, which is in a bundle at the bottom near enough the floor fan mount.

The S3 is a great phone, get a proper cover though as they scratch like a bastard. I miss mine-sold it when I got a HTC one as an upgrade. The HTC has been away for repair twice, their customer care leaves a lot to be desired.

I do. Over 5 is perhaps a tad generous - maybe 4.9. I am happy with it, but I hope to get 4.7 once I figure out more of these BIOS options.

Someone I know get about 8 degree better temps than me on a Silver Arrow (not the extreme AFAIK) which irks me a bit. I am remounting the cooler with mx4 this weekend which might get me a degree or two. My friend is a bit mental though and has lower ambients (leaving windows wide open at night for the specific purpose of cooler ambients for CPU). Still, I'm not sure this fully accounts for 8 degrees cooler under load, but we'll see.

The DPR2 is definitely the winner in quietness though. Veeerry tolerable at max speed.

Nothing wrong with 4.6. Do you have a be-quiet dark rock pro 2 with it? I'd be happy with 4.6. It's still equivalent to over 5ghz on ivy.

400 euro on a phone that's sub-par, that has been water damaged now for ~ 8 months (always on dim flash, busted speakers etc). Can't sync it either. And Apple don't make it easy to get media onto the iPhone any other way

euro two stores usually stock iphone chargers along with chargers for alot of other phones.

Deal extreme is a great site by the way. I am going to buy another case battery for my iPhone, those are very handy. ****ty quality, and don't have anywhere near the stated capacity, but you get what you pay for I suppose. Supposed 2200mah was about 1400, which is still another battery for the iPhone.

Has anyone got any recommendations for getting an iPhone USB charger delivered? Most of Amazon's ones don't ship to Ireland, and Parcel Motel would defeat the point of such a cheap item. I tried MemoryC, who have great shipping options, but they don't stock iPhone USB chargers. I refuse to pay 8 euro in town for one

I tried all the usual stuff but I don't think I was leaving the flashback usb key in the rog usb port for log enough so when I'm home I'm going to try it again and leave it for 30 minutess to ensure it finishes. So I powered it on and off a few times and not thinking of what happened last time I did this on an asus board (powering on and off multiple times).

That's actually weird. Do they really need to do some work in house it self. For fibre broadband? I though threadin. Upgrade just up to exchange and it's same old line from there to our house.

I presume they will need to put a new box/connection point in the house.
