Report to recommend criminal offence for cyberbullyinghttp://www.irishtimes.com/news/social-affairs/report-to-recommend-criminal-offence-for-cyberbullying-1.1459622
seems to be suggesting cyberbullying is worse then old fashioned bullying, mainly cos it can continue outside school at a distance, but is really worse does cyber-bullying actually lead to more evidence other as opposed to most likely one child words against another when its IRL, does a written record embarrass the teacher or parent into having to do something about it more so then IRL bullying, is cyber bullying more likely a crime then bullying.
