Im actually away at the moment. My flatmate rang me this morning and said it came. Ill post my first impressions when I get back this afternoon

Whoever can afford that won't be worried by the power consumption anyway. :eek:
Actually, I haven't seen any power consumption results. It would be nice if they ran at low voltage, which could be a possibility if they're the best hand-picked ones.

Is there really any point getting these if they are just pre overclocked 8350's. I'm hoping they are different cpu's with headroom for overclocking themselves.

Well at least they didn't release it for a new socket like they did with those dual FX 4x4 ones that they had way back. Horrific release.

Same as that, my OH lost the charger for hers lately-phone chargers are pointless. A crapple ipad charger will do the trick as well.

What motherboard do you have? reason I ask is I have used the asus ai quick-charger on my motherboard to charge it as well.

Most manufacturers have a similar quick charge utility.

This is my Motherboard. Dosn't seem to have quick-charge, maybe I'm missing it on the page.

AsRock call it app charger, This page shows supported boards, and it looks like the Z77 Pr03 is as well.

Just started using it roughly 10 minutes ago, I have to say its savage! Looks sleek, feels good, sounds amazing. I tired a red corsair keyboard in Maplin a few weeks ago and it felt really crappy, I doubt there's a better switch out there than this.
I notice im hitting other keys while typing this, but to be honest like any keyboard ide say I just need time to get used to it. It feels really sturdy and not cheap at all, I had a Razer Lycosa before, the space bar rocked when I hit it and also the keys wore.
The white backplate really compliments the lights and gives it a nice slick look. Like Marco I might also get a wrist pad ill see how it goes

You really need to fix the kink in the tube

A couple of zip ties either side of the kink can work like an anti-kink coil.

He's going to have trouble with that as it looks like the tube was cut to short. He could get around it easier with a 45deg fitting which would add the length and face the direction he wants.

Yeah its short but as far as i know he doesn't have any angled fittings and no more hose.

Are the keys actually closer together or are the keys smaller than other standard keyboards? It does look quite small in reviews, but probably because it is slimmed down to the essentials and a compact size.

They're smaller than a lot of membrane keyboards because alot now use these awful wide flat keys instead of the square keys high keys Mechs and some membrane keyboards use use
