This is pretty good card and there's a few "must win" fights going on here. The first and most obvious is Silva. It's a bit of a must win for him and Dana. More so for Dana IMO. If he wins this he gets a chance at a superfight with Jon Jones and is that bit closer to retiring undefeated in the UFC.
The second is Frankie Edgar. Not that he's going to get cut any time soon but he's on a 3 fight skid at the moment (all to current champs). If he loses where does he go from there? Move in weight class, again?
A win for Cub Swanson here puts him in a good spot for a title shot - personally, I think the winner of this fight should get one (not sure if that's been said already by Dana/Silva). The time between 162 and 163 is close so if either fighter is off for a while they should bounce back within relatively similar times - obviously excluding a tremendous beating suffered.
Chris Leben is my final one. He's been battling drugs (not to sound extreme) for a while now and he's finally come through and reckons he's on the mend. He claims to be reborn again and has found a new love of the sport. With a surging record reminiscent of Leonard Garcia it's hard to look passed him getting cutting with another loss. Despite being a huge fan favourite, I think it's inevitable.
