Sigh, yes the queen/king of England has to be protestant, their main role is to be the head of the church of England, also the pope as the head of Catholicism must be Catholic, their is a differences between this and havingto be a certain religion to run the actual country, but I guess yous already knew this but wanted something to be outraged about, dam BBC bullying that bastion of freedom and enlightenment Iran.

From what Ive heard from people, Iran probably. Im not muslim so Israel wouldnt be too bad for me though.

You make it sound like they are exclusive things to Iran. Ireland has done plenty of those things or a similar act not too long ago. I never claimed Iran was a bastion of democracy and neither is Israel, they both have their problems but so does every country.

I dont want to live their or Israel but given a choice of Iran or Israel I would edge towards before doing some more research.

I don't see anything that portrays Iran in a bad light, only a few facts (like not allowing women become president)
