Although, if I could use an analogy to describe human behavior in a materialistic world, a Judas Goat is pretty accurate.

A Judas goat is a trained goat used in general animal herding.

You may as well include Boyzone and Westlife in your collection of music.

None of them write their own music anyway so what's really behind their popularity? Their image...that's it.

On the production end of things, the engineers/musicians create music with vague lyrics and sounds that evoke different kinds of emotion in the impressionable listener.

Attach emotions to lyrics through sounds even if the lyrics mean absolutely nothing at all... which is the formula for most popular music today.

Britney Spears, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga...It's all the same drivel, it's garbage.

If you're humming to this stuff . . .I doubt you've really listened to Jazz at all.
