Bar staff in Athlone Area!

I'm looking to open a bar in Athlone in the New Year! Some of you might say am I mad, but we will give it a go! Now I have already picked out the pub as I have been to Athlone a few times but I need to know where to get the best local staff!! I need the best bar staff Athlone has to offer! So if anyone could help and tell me where to find them it would be greatly appreciated! Top dollar will be paid but I need the best!

Went to Maguires once since it re opened. Was not greeted in warm fashion, the complete opposite in fact. I shall not darken their doorstep ever again.

You would be better off working the bar your self for the first six months to a year with a few part timers at week ends. as its a new venture for you
you dont want to be over run with costs ect the pubs i had i always worked them myself as you know whats going on

I walked passed The Palace Bar today. Lot of working going on in the place. Painting rewiring etc.
