Yeah thats what they are designed for, You should also pick up some brand new drill bits, and WD40, even a ****ty woodies set would do. Drill it 2mm,3mm,4mm,5mm etc up to about 7 or 8mm. Then tap in the biggest easy out that will fit, grab the easy out with a vice grips or a spanner that fits it and turn anti clockwise.

The easy outs are left hand thread, so as you turn them anti clockwise they are threading into the bolt, eventually they will bite and they will start to extract the bolt. They are magic, saved me on several occasions where I thought I was up **** creek

Another tip is to get a deep socket and a nail and you've got some torque - used this method to free my fog light screws as vice grips or nothing would work

Got it back a minute ago. Put in a new motherboard so hopefully the battery life should be better as it's now completely back to stock 4.1.1

The new interior in my bus is just amazing, had several people comment on it already. It's the real deal, still haven't sorted a camera for photo's though... I'll get on that this evening hopefully.

Last exam tomorrow then collecting the new bus on Monday evening....;):D

I had a pre-test today, just coming out of a T-junction which leads onto the only one way street going through the town. So I was waiting for a gap in the traffic, then someone behind starts to beep their horn, very angrily. So the driving instructor told me to pass no heed. This continued on for another 10 seconds (or so) as there was a rack load of traffic. He then got out whit a bright red face :eek: and roared at him. :eek: He started shouting at him and roaring how "unethical" it was for him to be beeping the horn and that it could cause an accident. The driving instructor is like 6 ft. 4 or around that. So the instructor got back into the car (the beeping stopped at this stage) and said "Proceed when it's safe, but do make sure it's safe".

I've seen some swine do the exact same thing on the Kylemore road. Just sit behind someone at a junction going Berp - Berp - Berp - Berp- Berp- Berp - for a full minute or more until there was a gap in the traffic and space to actually move.

You'd wonder at the patience some people manage to have. Thirty seconds would've been enough to make me snap.

The focus is driving perfect since I got last night 450km on it today its alot tighter on the road no noise and steering isn't as vague. Got a spare key today for it. So just needs a few more small bits and pieces so I should them done in the next months or so.
Next jobs are replace the stupid wheel lock nuts mechanic says there fcuked I'm just going to put on normal one not to worried about anyone robbing the wheels. Anywhere good to get replacement ? I think there 10 euro each in main dealer hoping to get them for less than that.

So I changed the plugs in the Civic, dash lights and air filter. My new tool set is coming in handy, 30 minutes for the lot. Next on the list is an oil change so hope it does not piss rain tomorrow.

on the skyline side of things there are no Blacks in my price range this week, I was asked if I was interested in this

but I turned it down, Its a nice car but that spoiler would be the chucked in the bin if I had bought it. My perfect car is out there, I just have to be patient.

Massive box of new car parts to play with and it's piszin rain

Tomorrow afternoon looks dry.

I ordered this beru ignition cable kit. I thought it was a good deal as it says it comes with the plugs too but they didn't arrive. I'm a bit annoyed as it seems they don't come with plugs at all and this is just a trick. If you google the beru part number the kit contains only the four cables. Email sent so we'lll see.

Could have got a better NGK set in the local shop for the same price but went for this as it came with plugs which are a tenner each.
