Recently had printer trouble myself. The 1/5 times it would actually act upon the request for a print, it would either a) Eat the paper, b) use up a tonne of ink, and eat the paper, or c) trip a switch in the fusebox.

I'm in Div 4, well down the pecking order.

So I've been playing day z and war thunder all day I didn't realize my monitors 720p I'm getting really good frame rate system seems to be nice and stable. only complaint is my room sounds like a server room. as i bought 3 pin fans and not for i thought the asus fan xpert suite was available for all mother boards which it is not, so im going to order some four pin fans over the next few days and thats about it delighted with it...

Just cause you're using 3pin doesnt mean you have to run at them 100%.

Check your bios for fan options(may not support software changes but you can still set them from there a lot of the time).

You should be able to change the fan speeds in the bios for any fans that are connected to the boards 3 pin connections.

If not a fan controller would probably be better than replacing all your fans.

cheers lads im going to have a read of the mobo book and get my head around this because i have an AI wuite its just not letting me access the fans for some reason.

I have an Asus board myself, think you have to match the version. So dont get the latest Suite, get the latest your board supports.

Thats what i did I went here updated it but while i can control the cpu fan none of the others are letting me

Just checked the manual, its all controllable from the UEFI(Bios).

BIOS is the startup menu you access by pressing delete normally.

That thermal radar is rubbish,gives lots of false readings

right im in here now posting from my laptop.

Im in the fan control in the bios I can see fan speed clicked on it but there is no option to control it.
Or do I need to go into advanced mode?

Try advanced, see if there is an option there.

Is it an asus mobo?
afaik its under monitor, fan speed control/ or monitor.
Go through the options for the fans and you should be able to change a setting from auto to manual.

No way. It's their top selling 23" monitor.

I'm guessing that is an error. They may still have stock of it.

There's also the U2212M for €189, but personally I'd pay the €20 for the extra inch per monitor.

Yeah the u2313hm is a great monitor. well worth it.
