To get a draw away was a very good result. The same can't be said about the footballers. We should have gone down to Tralee with the attitude of winning. They played so bad down there today it was unbelievable for a team that beat Donegal, Down and Tyrone in the League. It shows our failure to beat Kerry in the past is still evident. CC better go soon or else Cork football will go so far down the ladder we may never come back up. Im not having a go at Kerry fans here but Cork had a chance to relegate Kerry today and they failed miserably. If Cork were in Kerry's position and Kerry were coming to Pairc Ui Chaoimh to play Cork, and had a chance to relegate Cork , they would relish the opportunity and put us down in style. I guarantee you Kerry will do everything in their power to beat Tyrone in Omagh and I wouldnt be surprised if they did win there too.

Momentum in any sport is crucial, if you've got it you become very hard to stop Clare got it at a vital stage and made the most of it on the scoreboard. In a similar situation yesterday, Clare had the momentum but failed to make KK pay on the board.

Still 2-14 is good scoring in 60 minutes and a repeat of that scoreline would surely win them the Munster final but not been disrespectful to Limerick fans I'd say Tipp will be a major step up in class the next night.

I expect the following team: Nash O'Neill, Murphy, O'Sullivan Kenny, Joyce, White McLoughlin, Cronin Lehane, Páidí, Cian Mac Moylan, Cussen/O'Farrell, Hoggy Reckon they could decide to start Cussen but hope they start Luke there. Only fella who looks like scoring goals regularly, apart from Nash from the penalty spot. Need the likes of Hoggy and Lehane to step up to the mark and start performing. Kilkenny needing to win in Nowlan Park? Delighted in one way. We'll see how near to or far from the standard we are. No hiding here.
