The hard drive in my mac is failing, been having buffering issues with it for last two months. Its covered by a five yr warrenty (momentus hybrid 500gb) so i'm send it back for repair. However i will be without my laptop for at least two weeks. So i'm wondering can i boot my laptop from external hard drive. Is it possible to use an external hard drive as my main drive? cheers in advance!
