Mobile coverage any good ?
& could you put a box somewhere that has good bandwidth and mobile coverage ?
( use a 3g gateway at the office
a 3g card in the remote box ,
and make use of free-ish 02-to-02, voda-to-voda calls)
Only useful since you can divert it remotely from the website to a fixed line if the above bundle of fun fails

Mr. G
You could forward the 01 number to your pstn lines. Customers wouldn't notice. Blueface could give you a forwarding number for €9.99 a month + vat.
[Edit]
According to the blueface terms and conditions: “customers purchasing products that include Irish geographic PSTN numbers acknowledge that they are normally resident in the Irish geographic MNA (Minimum Numbering Area) that the number is requested for. It is in contravention of the Irish Communications Regulatory body directives to subscribe to a geographic PSTN number if you are not normally resident in the MNA of the Irish geographic number allocated to you.”
Possibly blueface/goldfish might be able to offer you a number in your area. Eircom are assigned different numbers, which are all used on landlines by many providers.
Are you not even able to get fixed wireless broadband?
By the way, Eircom will fleece you. Ditch them and move to another provider. You will get much better customer service elsewhere.

Mr. G
€20,000 on telephone costs, are you mad! How many lines do you have? Where are you calling to?
Eircom are an incompetent shower of feckers and customer care is non existant. -Rant over
When you get the new broadband, block the **** of facebook/twitter etc out of it so employees don't slow it down.
