Ah no, the pong in the car on the way home was overpowering, I couldn't wait to get the smelly jeans off me

I'm glad you're home, it's amazing how much better you can feel just by putting on your pjs/sweatpants and knowing you don't have to be anywhere

Today was the first day in the last two weeks that I didn't wake up with some kind of symptoms. I'm worn out from it. I thought my throat was trying to escape. Good old TCP did it's stinky, stingy trick finally.

Lysine. Bucket loads of it. You'll get it in most pharmacies or health food shops. It really is brilliant

I can vouch for the magical effects of lysine. Unfortunately Malawi is not big on the health food sector! So bucket loads of acyclovir it is!
