Starts Thursday October 4th. Not sure if it ranks up there with the Aussie or UK series, but it's still an entertaining show.

Are they cold when they get to the judges? Or are they kept at an appropriate temperature? Surely the food is compromised be drying out/getting cold?

2. Do the judges get a new set of cutlery for every dish they taste?

Sorry I've been quiet for a bit. Can't post too much with the show still going on.

The food is not served immediately. It could be an hour or so before it is tasted, but the judges are well used to that. They get fresh cutlery each time.

As for the contestants, we are all great friends and chat regularly. We have a few nights out, but once the show is over, I'm sure there will be a few more.

Now back to prepare for my grilling... from the judges tomorrow!!

They really have high expectations from Nicha alright. Deserved though in fairness, she is head & shoulders above the others right now imo.
