How do you "pull" in clubs, both lads and gals welcome

Title says it all I guess. For me I do my best to dance lock eye contact and then pretty much go for the shift.

If it's off the dance floor, small talk then I TELL the girl we're going dancing, shift.

Average 3 birds a night for shifting, sometimes more although rarely, pretty much always take numbers but rarely text or call. (before you call me a penis Im merely stating what I do, I'm not showing off)
