I loved the default "Times New Roman" on Word, but now the default is Calibri or something

.. have to change it each time I open the programme. Random but weird question though, what's your favourite font on it?

Calibri. It just looks smart. Anything in Comic Sans looks like it was written by a 'special' child.

I've seen wills drafted in Comic Sans.

I believe the thinking behind it is that it might ease the loss to your family and make them forget about starting a bitter internecine war over your assets.

I stopped having favourite anything when I was about 11. As for the internet hate against comic sans? I don't get it? Is it somehow related to Hitler or Stalin? Has it been used to depict the internet warriors version of mohammed? Is it just a fashion thing: "all the other people on reddit/boards (or where ever) hate comic sans so I hate it too"?

I think it's cos it just looks cheap and tacky, it's like the equivalent of handing an assignment in school written in red pen - you just didn't do it.
