I have one that I'll be going to look at in because a friend gave me contact details for a landlord he knows. But I'm going to be a mature student going in to first year, and two of the people I'd be moving in with would be post grads, and there will be 1 other moving in at some point who will be an unknown. So, I wanted to keep my options open, and looked around. I really don't like the places that look for two payments, so that cuts out a lot of places. Being a smoker isn't helping either. But these issues are minor in comparison to most places I'm seeing that would be ok price wise are for between 4 and 6 people. And naturally, the landlord is going to be preferring to find a group who'll just move in rather than 1 person to move in and hoping to get others to move in too. I get that. Just doesn't exactly make it easy. I want to move in to a place soon, and sort out the Back to Education Allowance, and lots of places are only going to be available from September 1st, too. I'd rather move in to a place far sooner than that. Like the next week, two max.
