Retiring Underpants?

Was just doing the laundry there and my god, some of the boxers look shabby (no holes or anything, just look exhausted!!!) - some of them must be 7 or 8 years old.

They have done me a great service over the years so maybe it's time to send them to the great launderette in the sky.

What's the protocol here? Should I let them live a glorious 10 or let them retire with a little dignity?

I just throw them away. Had a few cheap pairs with a buttoned flap. The buttons came off so my cock kept popping out of the flap.
