How much alcohol do you drink a day?

So, the Irish are well known for loving their alcohol....a pint at lunch for some people or a glass of wine in the evening to relax for others, but I'm wondering just how much on a daily basis do most people drink?
I know people who drink every single day...and the amount they drink is a hell of a lot in my opinion, so I'm curious to see what everyone else generally has (might just a prove a point while I'm at it!).
Also, when does the amount you have every day become too much that it should be considered a problem?

I usually have maybe 1 or 2 beers a week.

need to stay fit so maybe only 2 or 3 weekends a month.. even that can be too much sometimes, depending on if im going for a big session! It depends on the person and their lifestyle..

about 3 nights a week and a few joints/Valiums as well.

I don't go out as much as i cant really afford it these days.

Usually have 8 pints on a Friday night, then maybe 10 pints and 10 shorts on a Saturday night.

Don't tend to drink durin the week other than when I'm on holidays.

Only drink weekends

Turned down a free Royseven gig (which I really enjoy) in my favourite bar during a Corona promotion night simply because it was a weekday. Had the next day off too.

My cousins 21st tonight and pub crawl tomorrow should make up for it though
