This prick has been a scourge on the south Armagh area for years. He's constantly showing himself up like this but it's rare that his idiocy gets beyond the local media.

But the picture in the article shows a Russian flag not a Polish flag.

I think the topic can be discussed alright; I'm not saying that we should only discuss global topics.
