Have not been out in 2 weeks......date tonight though, and she is a FINE thing (which means it won't work out)

Broke my hand so all exercise is out the window, only got a mountain bike the other day and it is now lying in the garage laughing at me!!:mad:

So any chance of a non-alcoholic day out??

I also purchased a bike not so long ago and then immediately strained ligaments in my knee - should be able to use it now though....might cycle to the gym later tonight I'll see

Well I live about a ten minute cycle from the gym so might aswell - could do with working out the knee anyway it's still fairly stiff and sore
