I had this set to record and just double checked it. According to UPC listings, its now on at midnight, cricket on at 11.30pm. SO if you have it set to record, you'll get half the cricket and half PP!

March 2nd was a false start for Human Target.

It is however appearing in the digiguide listing for TV3 on Tuesday 3rd April at 01:15 (Early Morning).

If correct it will run on the following three nights too and then another four episodes the following week.

Two UK series returning are:

Twenty Twelve - the 2nd series starts on Fri 30th March at 10pm on BBC2

Silent Witness - the 15th series starts on Sun 1st April at 9pm on BBC1

Smash starts on Saturday 21st of April on Sky Atlantic

Can't say about TV3.
The show did badly in the ratings in the US and is unlikely to be renewed for a second series.
Currently no UK broadcaster has announced its intention to show it.
