Don't worry about it, nature has a way of taking care of these things.

In about a week all that will be left of it will be a bare frame, bent around the pole, and order will be restored.

Get a hair clip. Always works on tv and the movies. If not get something to cut through the lock.

Get a slightly longer pole, hook it onto the bike. Push the bike up to the top until it's free. Then get out of the way and let it drop. Simple really.

Or just buy a car.
