Clubroot doesn't really seem to have gotten any sort of a mention on this forum in the past two years, which must be a mistake because he released an absolutely amazing album on Lodubs last year titled II - MMX. An album sampler of a few random tracks from this album followed by one from his previous, also self-titled Clubroot. Don't break your leg when it drops

Kerogen is still quite the nobody, and is signed to a record label that nobody in the universe has heard of, but unjustly so. Although his releases have been very limited in number, what has been released has been seriously pleasing to listen to. This following track comes as part of Echodubs Loves (Vol 01), a free and very worthwhile download from the Echodubs label website. Take Burial (or not), cut the melancholy crap and distortion, add nostalgia and upraisal

I'll keep this thread alive all by myself—

Possibly probably my favourite electronic album of the year, Swarms' – Old Raves End also released on Lodubs is undeniably beautiful, and deserves recognition. I don't believe much consistency between tracks when listening to the album as a whole, however each is, individually, a masterpiece in its own right. (Whoever's conjured up these videos to go with it have done a pretty good job too.)

Yeah love those Echodub releases, haven't checked their site in a while actually, last I got was the 2nd volume compilation which was excellent, I'd happily pay for them on CD if they released them!

When Synkro first began releasing tracks a couple of years ago, I remember seeing reviews shrug him off as a nothing but a mere Burial copycat left right and centre. Since however, I believe he's moved away and even managed a few original and quite outstanding compositions. Much of his music falls under the category of harder dubstep, however many releases are ambient and Burial-esque in nature too.
