Yeah, thats definitely "Blind" and not "Black".

Even in context, blind makes more sense. But aside from that, the way he moves his mouth, he's not saying Black. Some people just want to see things to be outraged about, which simply don't exist.

I particularly like the way the video says that the sentence begins with "anton", despite the fact that when Terry would apparently have been saying this (directly preceding "You"), we can't even see his face on video.
