My point was more that I believe that FF ruined the country and you don't, and that we might stifle the op , so I was suggesting that another thread would be more suitable
Wallflower wrote: » Would you ever stop deliberating missing the point? I couldn't give a toss if he was the leader of FF for 50 years, nothing wrong with that. I've even voted FF on numerous occasions and have nothing against the organisation as such (notwithstanding their performance in the last two governments). The issue is the LYING in this case. The original point of this thread. The answer is YES he did lie. In terms of the state grant, the issue is not the details - and well you know it - the issue is why such a trouble over such a relatively small amount of money.

His reputation is going down the tubes, just like his business - you know, the one that was only profitable for about 3 or 4 years because of a massive property bubble. He is a failed businessman FFer trying to spoof his way into the Presidency and he has been found out. His last few appearances on TV/radio speak for themselves, the general public know the score and its game over for FF and Sean Gallagher now, the ruse has failed - just like his business. He made a big mistake even running for the Presidency because now he has been completely exposed as a FFer with a mediocre track record in business his professional spoofing gig, giving speeches on how to create successful businesses when he couldnt even manage that himself, is finished. Maybe we might see Gallagher appearing on the Dragon's Den in the near future as the guy looking for funding as opposed to the Dragon. Although I dont see any of the other Dragon's giving him any money now that everyone knows he has a useless track record in business and ended up in court over a 20K debt that he settled for 19K - LMFAO!!
