Food ideas!

I'm currently living alone for the first time and I'm struggling to come up with new ideas for food to eat for dinner

I not a great cook but not totally incompetent either, my main meal is a curry with chicken and rice made from scratch.

I eat this at least three times a week and I'm getting sick of it. Looking for suggestions for other quick filling meals that don't take too much skill in the kitchen

BTW, I hate fish

Southern fried chicken
Roadt chicken and use the leftovers the next day
Noodles with chicken a bit of sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce with veg of your choice.:D

Tin of baked beans and two heaped teaspoons of curry powder.

Four slices of fresh bread with butter.

Viola! A meal fit for a King.

Baked pasta. Get some tinned tomatos, empty them into a pan. Fire some bacon and herbs in (and chilli if you like it). Cook the pasta, then put the pasta and sauce in a dish with mozarella, paramesan and fresh tomatos and bake for about 20 minutes.

Fookin' delish.

Edit: for the intellectually challenged out there, you need to cook the bacon first.

Sweet and sour chicken/pork; if you can make curry you can make that.

Stir fry with beef/chicken/pork. (lots of noodles as filler)

Pasta and bolognese meat sauce (none of that ragut bollocks though)

Quiche with chosen fillings (tomato cheese ham and mushroom for me).

I make up all these over the week and freeze/re-heat when needed. Also use left over curry or sweet and sour to make pies (simple shortcrust pastry, bunged in the oven)

Traditional stuff like roast chicken, boiled veg, potatoes, chips...I don't really like fish either unless it's white and encased in batter.

Mix them up with a couple of cups of strong coffee - a meal that will live long in the memory!!

Baby potatoes, just a quick rinse and your away, mashed with butter, fried lamb or beef, so tasty and easy, also mixed frozen veg is just as good for you as fresh, any sauce or gravy, keeps me going.:D

1) peel a whole load of oranges
2) put the peelings in the kettle and boil continously for about 20 mins, or until bored
3) unplug kettle and put into freezer
4) phone in a takeaway
5) phone freezer repair man
