Paced running on Sunday is not for me!

The title says it all. Planning a moderately long (for me) run on Saturday, pace in or around the 6:45 mark. Don't mind where, so the Park, or Wicklow, or Roundwood reservoir, or Bray/Greystones/Newcastle or wherever suits... If nobody else signs up I'll be going anyway, so no pressure.

Sounds promising. Will have to be in the park though around 9.30/10 am. Will let you know for definite tomorrow

Starting in the Papal Cross Car Park we run down the Kyber and follow that route around through the Glen and up Furze Rd around the Northside of the park and through by the Aras back to the Papal Cross Car Park making 6 miles.

Would you like me to go through the Frank Duffy now? :pac::P
