Was just wondering what this pub was called before it was The Exchange? I know it used to be Ned Kellys but what was it called after that?

Dont' think it's had any other name in the past 20 years other than The Exchange or Ned Kelly's (or Ned Kell'ys -The Glenrowan Tavern , to give it it's full original Australian outlaw themed name ).

It the Eighties it was called "The Chariot"...before that I think it was called "Harney's"

Was called the Wee Piper back in 2002.Just googled it there and it showed up on the News and Star advertising a charity event.

I love the exchange, really nice place, nice food, cheap drink.

Never had a problem with Billy either, as long as you don't believe everything he says, he's sound!

He gives us a lot of business (drink suppliers) too which is also good!

One would think that . I don't cast judgements on people based on where they drink or are from but the regulars are quite aggressive and not the type of people I'd like to be around near closing time
