Kestrels were the most active today, including one taking a big swipe at the Hen Harrier. Not the below shot unfortunately.

I am constantly birdwatching, at home, out walking, driving (very dangerous) and then try to get out at least once a week solely for birdwatching and photography, would do more if I could. Nothing beats the buzz of seeing a bird you have never seen before or seeing a particularly elusive one.

OK, so today I was spoilt rotten.

Had a pair in blue skies looking down on me, and the Hen Harrier is still about too.

Lots of Swallows around today, it is so nice to hear them chattering away, hard to believe that they will soon be gone for this year

These two where chasing each other, the aerobatics where amazing and the speed they were going :eek:
