The building has been completely renovated, although the exterior façade is the same. G.H. People will be selling a variety of items including; clothing, accessories, kitchenware, bathroom and living accessories. Frank Regan believes that there is room for further optimism in the property sector. "We are receiving a number of enquiries for retail units in good locations," he says. Things may be beginning to roll again in the beleaguered property sector.
