Dear Sir/Madam, Subject: Reference number xxxxxxxx Thank you for your e-mail regarding stock availability of the HP Touchpad - Wifi 16GB; catalogue number 508/6043 and the HP Touchpad - Wifi; catalogue number 508/6050. I am sorry to read that you have been unable to check stock availability of either of the above items via the internet or our check and reserve system. I can confirm that due to increase in demand and drop in reduction in price we have removed the ability to reserve either item in store. I can confirm that as HP have discontinued both models we will not be receiving any more stock in the future. I can see my that one of my colleagues has advised you we will be receiving more stock. This was due to a system error which gave us incorrect information and I apologise for the inconvenience caused. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us at order.enquiries@argos.co.uk or call us on 0845 640 2020. Good news for those who ordered a 32 GB Touchpad We were able to finally get the stock required for orders placed on availability can still be honored. Regarding the touchpad 16 GB, unfortunately we can not fulfill orders. However, if excess Touchpad 32 GB, we will get back to you next week for you to benefit primarily, if desired.
