Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your pre-order for the HP TouchPad. Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented demand for this gadget, stock levels across the UK and Europe are incredibly low. We wanted to let you know that we are working extremely hard to get our hands on more stock as we know how popular the TouchPad has become. Please bear with us while we try and secure more TouchPads, and we promise to keep you up to date if and when stock arrives. If we are unable to complete your order please rest assured that you will receive a full and complete refund. We sincerely apologise for the delay, but hope to be able to let you know for certain the situation in regards to your order very soon. Kind regards,

I am sorry that your reservation was cancelled. HP did not supply the requested amount of units to fulfil our customer demand and as such some stores had to cancel reservations. We were not made aware of this in advance. Customer service is very important to us and I am sorry that you did not receive the level of service that I would expect. Please accept my apologies for the distress that this incident has caused you and I hope that this does not deter you from shopping with us in the future.
