NVIDIA GTX 560 Ti, where to buy cheapest?

Ok so I have decided to buy the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti, Im thinking of the twin frozr version by MSI, however I am wondering where I will get this card at the best value? It will have to be able to be delivered to Ireland and i have found one for €200 but can anyone do better?

Apparently a lot of them have dodgy ram chips, causing programs to crash or artifact to bits.

It appears to only be the gigabyte versions of the card that give problems, the msi should be of better quality in regards to overheating.
