Yeah, I used to travel a lot and really loved it. Never did manage to get to the Americas , heading there soon for a few weeks but you really need months to get a proper feel for a place.

my grandad was a merchant sailor through, between and after both world wars. It was only a few years ago i was given his discharge books after an uncle died. I'd also like to be cited in an academic journal. Not for research I carried out, for some completely out of the way reason, like I invented a new drain pipe which is 5% more efficient or something.
